Alka Forsikring is a Danish insurance company offering simple and affordable insurance products. Through a long-term partnership with Alka, we helped build a complete and scalable design system while developing a responsive digital concept for selling insurance online.

Challenge

Alka had a strong offline presence, but lacked the ability to sell insurance policies and handle claims digitally. Their existing brand guidelines were rooted in traditional offline standards and needed to evolve into a flexible, responsive design system that could scale alongside the growth of their digital business.

Solution

Over several years, we acted as an embedded design partner, helping shape and expand the entire design ecosystem behind alka.dk. We developed and tested new digital concepts, designed a full e-commerce experience for online insurance sales, and created the complete claims reporting flow — enabling users to easily report, track, and manage claims online.
