Topdanmark is one of Denmark’s largest insurance companies. They needed a conceptual design sprint to unify customer engagement into a single app experience across both pension and insurance services.

Challenge

Topdanmark asked Panko to lead a concept sprint focused on developing a unified customer app that could bring together pensions, insurance products, and claims handling into one seamless experience.

Solution

Working closely with Topdanmark’s internal design and tech teams, we developed a viable app concept and end-to-end customer overview within just two weeks. With a strong focus on clear user entry points and a simplified information architecture, we created a concept that could be tested using real data through a fully interactive prototype as a proof of concept. The solution was designed and built on top of Topdanmark’s existing design system.
