VuffeliVuffeli is a Copenhagen start-up that delivers dog food by subscription, portioned to each dog’s size, build and activity level. We built the brand from the ground up, starting with a brand workshop, and carried it through the website, the packaging and everything that lands on the doorstep.

Challenge

Vuffeli was a new name asking dog owners to change how they buy food: sign up online and trust a box at the door. The brand had to feel warm and caring rather than clinical, and the sign-up had to make choosing the right food for each dog feel simple, on mobile as well as desktop.

Solution

A brand workshop with the three founders set the core of the brand. From there we designed the identity, a sand and pastel palette with a strong red, and a family of illustrated dogs that explain body shape and activity level in the sign-up guide. The website covers the landing page, a step-by-step funnel and a one-page checkout. The same look runs through the 5 kg food bag, the shipping box and tape, a welcome flyer, a magazine, a folder and business cards.
